Coral Ridge Country Club Waiver
I assume all risk and responsibility for my health and safety, as well as the health and safety of my family members, guests and/or those who I have registered/paid for, while on the premises of Coral Ridge Country Club (the “Club”) and the premises surrounding Club. I further release Coral Ridge Country Club Inc., its Affiliates, their Officers, Directors, Shareholders, Agents, Employees and Members from all liability and all claims in relation to the use of the Club facilities, participation in Club programs, and services provided by the Club. I further agree to abide by Club policies, rules, and regulations (collectively, the “Rules”) as may be posted on the Club facilities, and/or the Club website and to ensure that my family members, guests and/or those who I have registered/paid for abide by such Rules. The Club reserves the right to enforce the Rules and to remove anyone who violates the Rules from the Club premises.

APPLICATION OF FLORIDA LAW
By using the Site you are advised and understand that this Site is owned and operated by an American company. Further, the Club was established, owned and run under the laws of the United States of America and our primary business functions are located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You agree and stipulate that any transaction you have with respect to the Site and any information that you transmit, is "present in" and "occurs in" Fort Lauderdale, and no other location, as if you were physically located in Fort Lauderdale, State of Florida, even if you are actually somewhere else or not even in the United States. As such, the Club expect and intend any interaction with this website and the actual Club to be governed exclusively by American law and in particular, the law of Florida without application of Florida's choice of law rules, law or doctrines and you agree and stipulate to such.
Likewise, you agree to discontinue any suit that is not filed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in the United States, if such suit arises from or relates to the Site or the Club, i.e. any suit will be exclusively decided in a court located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and nowhere else.
You waive any arguments of forum non conveniens (i.e. Florida is not a convenient forum/place to litigate) and stipulate to venue (the location of litigation) being in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
